Clear pricing, zero surprises

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new venue gets all of Pro free for 14 days, with no credit card. When it ends you go back to the Free plan automatically: nothing is charged and your data stays.

What's the limit on the Free plan?

Only one: 100 orders every 7 days, counted on a rolling window. Rooms, tables, staff users, statistics, the management hub and guest payments are all included. If you reach the limit, new orders pause with an invite to upgrade: nothing is deleted, and orders start again as the oldest ones leave the 7-day window. Starter and Pro have unlimited orders.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes. Starter and Pro can also be paid once a year: you pay for 10 months and use 12, so 2 months are free. Pick annual in Settings → Subscription when you upgrade; you can cancel the renewal at any time.

What does it cost to let guests pay from their phone?

On every plan, Free included, you connect your own Stripe account in Settings → Payments at the table. GrazieChef keeps 0.5% of each bill (minimum 0.20 in your currency); tips are excluded and go entirely to you. Stripe's usual card fees apply, and the money lands directly in your Stripe account.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There's no minimum contract. Cancel whenever you want from the settings page — you automatically return to the Free plan without losing your data.

Can I get a refund?

Cancelling stops the renewal and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period; we do not refund partial periods, monthly or annual. If GrazieChef had a serious outage, write to hello@graziechef.com: we consider a refund or credit case by case.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). Payment is processed via Stripe, the world's most widely used payment platform.

Do you issue VAT invoices?

Yes. Subscriptions are sold through Stripe as reseller (merchant of record): your country's VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout and you receive a receipt by email after every charge. Enter your VAT/tax ID at checkout to have it issued to your business.

What happens to my data if I move to the Free plan?

Nothing. All your data stays: menu, order history, bookings. Every feature stays available too: you go back to the Free plan's order limit (100 orders every 7 days), and the best-seller leaderboard, menu engineering and fiscal receipts return to preview until you upgrade again.

Can I change plan mid-period?

Yes, from Settings → Subscription. The change applies immediately and the price is prorated automatically: you only pay the difference for the days left in the current period, with no need to write to us.

What's the Discounted Plan I see in settings?

By inviting 3 venues that activate a paid subscription you unlock a plan with all Pro features at €13/month. See the "Invite and earn" section in subscription settings.
